Rusty Kugler is a multidisciplinary creative who moves fluidly across industries and mediums: design, video production, storytelling, and more. He thrives on solving problems, building ideas, and bringing projects to life no matter the format.
An award-winning designer, videographer, and producer, Rusty has worked in non-profits, the sports industry, and in a freelance capacity. He has led, mentored, and motivated teams of creatives, and has collaborated with brands including Adidas, Children’s Mercy Hospital, Jungle Law, Major League Soccer, U.S. Soccer, NASCAR, and more.
Rusty has served on the KC Ad Club Board and has been selected as a HOW Design Live Ambassador, reflecting his commitment to the industry and the creative community.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, telling stories, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors.
